1) Acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an institution, company, or family, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2) Service description

misapuntes.co lets users upload notes, photos, and files; organize them by date and subject; chat with an AI tutor; create explanations, quizzes, flashcards, and other artifacts; and share content through links when available.

We may add, modify, or remove features, especially while the product is in beta or active improvement.

3) Account and authorized use

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not share access insecurely or allow unauthorized use.

4) Students and minors

If the user is a minor, the service should be used with authorization or supervision from a parent, legal guardian, or educational institution as applicable.

Responsible adults should verify that usage is appropriate for the student and educational context.

5) Your content

You keep ownership of your notes, files, messages, and materials. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transform, and display that content only to operate and improve the service.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.

6) AI use

AI can produce useful answers, but it may also be wrong, incomplete, or omit information. You should review outputs before using them for important decisions.

The service does not replace professional advice, teacher evaluation, or the users academic responsibility.

7) Prohibited uses

You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, spam, impersonation, harassment, system abuse, third-party rights violations, malware, unauthorized mass extraction, or personal data processing without a lawful basis.

8) Third parties

The service may rely on providers for hosting, storage, email, technical analytics, and AI models. Your use may also be subject to third-party policies when you interact with them.

9) Beta, availability, and limits

The service may be in beta or active development. It may have errors, interruptions, behavior changes, and usage limits. It is provided as available and without a guarantee of absolute continuity.

10) Plans and pricing

Access may be free or plan-based. If billing or material limit changes are introduced, we will provide notice before they apply when reasonably possible.

11) Privacy

12) Suspension

We may suspend or restrict accounts if we detect abuse, Terms violations, security risk, fraud, illegal use, or legal requirements.

13) Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, academic loss, decisions made without checking AI outputs, or failures of external services.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
